1. Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@silkclosetthelabel.com within the specified return period.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation number (RAN) if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers will need to organise the package to be returned. The cost of the return postage and packaging is at the buyer's expense.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- A refund will be issued once the package has been received and inspected. The item/s must be unworn/unused, and its original packaging and in the same condition as purchased.
- Please include the RAN (if provided) and your name and invoice number with the returned item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.
- If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 4 weeks after the return is processed.
- If you prefer an exchange, please let us know, and we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards, promotional items, personalised and final sale items are non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
